As a complete solution, iQ-WEB from IMAGE Information Systems, Ltd consists of several applications together in one installation:
DICOM Server: This application enables communication between the modalities and the Archive Server. It manages all image storage, query and retrieval, forwarding, printing and DICOM-formatted media interchange by import and export functions.
Archive Server: The Archive Server stores up to 500 million images in one database on a local or network attached storage device. A second iQ-WEB server can be automatically synchronized in order to permanently ensure up-to-date, bi-directional backups.
Web Server: The Web Server allows the web-based distribution of medical images and reports, based on highly defined user privileges and secure user authentication. Web distribution with iQ-4VIEW provides support for virtually any device and browser with no installations or plugins required. iQ-WEB can also be configured to query other DICOM archives you may already have on your network.
Flexible in design, and economical, iQ-WEB is suitable for institutions of any size and can accommodate nearly any workflow.
